Co-founder and Acting Co-Editor-in-Chief of PETAL Magazine, an independent arts and culture print publication. Responsibilities span creative direction, editorial curation, and strategic planning, including building and leading a team, recruiting contributors, and guiding the magazine’s vision across volumes. Oversee artist and writer outreach, commission and edit content, and curate visual and written works into a cohesive whole. As co-founder, manage planning, production, and long-term growth of the publication while maintaining its editorial voice and brand identity.
